2025 Tiny Habit Challenge - March, Clothe Your Carbs

Imagine a year where your habits comfortably improve bringing you into better health without extreme effort and discomfort. That’s my wish for you every year!


Please always be kind. Allow for gradually better and then celebrate 80/20 implementation as a win on the goal. Big changes can be uncomfortable. Small consistent changes over time reap lasting results. Low stress, do-able change is the way to go. Your body is wise; it will take advantage of the good stuff and the opportunity to heal.


Clothe Your Carbs is a tiny habit that helps many of our clients feel more even mental and physical energy, balance blood sugar and hormones while eating familiar simple foods. This is an amazing tiny change that many find is a win!


Clothing your Carbs each time you choose a serving of:

  • starchy veg (potato, carrots, etc.)

  • grains (crackers, bread, pasta, rice, oatmeal, etc.)

  • legumes/beans

  • fruit

  • treats (sweets, cakes, cookies) I'm serious add some nuts/seeds/sour cream/Greek yogurt or maybe even an avocado (they make good pudding)!
