Lemon Balm Tea

Lemon Balm Tea

This simple tea is soothing and tastes great at any time of day.

Lemon balm is in the mint family and has a pleasant taste and aroma. It makes a great cup of tea for all ages and seasons. It’s relaxing, calming, anti-spasmodic (reduces cramping or spasms), and good for your liver. Take it on an empty stomach to support appetite. Follow a meal with it to support better digestion and reduce indigestion. Lemon balm is rich in antioxidants and it is anti-inflammatory. These properties make it helpful for the allergy sufferer as modulation inflammation and clearing allergens from the blood stream through the liver are part of feeling better during your allergy season or during season transitions.

Raw honey has a long history of being beneficial for pollen sufferers. Introducing the GI tract to pollen down regulates the body’s response to these proteins. Raw honey is also rich in enzymes and minerals which support healthy immune response. Speaking of raw honey... Did you know we sell my dad's honey in the office?
