Locally produced sustainable agriculture is such a wonderful resource for our health, the community’s vitality and the planet. Grass fed animal products are higher in protein and fat soluble vitamins, have a better omega 3:6 ratio, are a better source of polyphenols, vitamins, minerals and other phytochemicals important for health and recovery as compared to grain fed animals. The animals also have better health, more balanced microbiomes and live better lives. WIN-WIN-WIN!
