​Nutrition Consultation Rates:

• Initial Consultation - $135 a one-hour, remote session

  • We start new clients with a 1-hour Initial Consultation by Zoom or phone call.

  • Prior to the appointment, you will receive an email with a link for online forms, that take about 20 minutes to complete.  We appreciate form completion 24-hours prior to your appointment. 

  • This first appointment involves a review of your health history, getting to know your current nutritional habits, health goals and health concerns, and non-invasive testing.  Small dietary or lifestyle changes will be recommended at this appointment as well.

• First Follow Up - $65, in addition to supplements, if necessary

  • A 40 minute appointment, in office or remotely via Zoom or phone call.

  • During this follow-up appointment, we will review findings from the initial consult. and get started on your personalized wellness program, including supplements, if right for you.

• 20 Minute, Follow Up Visits - $45, in addition to supplements, if necessary

  • In office or remotely via Zoom or phone call.

• 40 Minute, Follow Up Visits- - $65 in addition to supplements, if necessary

  • In office or remotely via Zoom or phone call.

  • Best to book this longer appointment if resuming a program after a 6-month, or more, lapse or if more nutritional counseling or meal planning is desired, or things have been complicated.

• Remote Check-Ins - $20

  • Support in-between appointments

    • Please use Healthie Chat to share symptoms or problems - if you feel worse or no better, if something new comes up like new immune symptoms or feeling run down, if an old symptom flares up, you have a new injury

    • This is alternative to an appointment, that won’t take any of your time.

    • You will receive updated food, lifestyle and/or new supplement recommendations to support your body’s return to healing and repair.

    • If Adrienne needs more info, she may send you follow up questions or a short symptom form to get more clarity.

    • She typically asks for a symptom update in a few days to ensure you are on the right track.

• Wellness Programs with Supplements

  • ​The average monthly cost of a nutritional supplement program is about $150.00 during the initial phase and less during maintenance phases. Each case is unique and managed individually. Appointments are weekly to every other week initially.

Purification Consult Rates:

• 20 minute appointment - $45 

• This includes Assessment for the best-fitting program supplementation using the Standard Process 21-Day Purification Program or 28-Day Detox Balance Program. You will receive customized instructions in your Healthie account. Support information includes sample meal plans and recipes for how to proceed. Supplement costs vary based on your needs, but the average is cost about $260.
